Persistent hope that shines through even the blackest darkness. Belief that Lazarus can be raised from the dead, the prodigal son can come home, and that the lord is with us through it all. The gospel is exuberant and impossible. It’s silly to hope. God gives us the faith to do it anyway.
And hope doesn’t disappoint.
